Cliff joined Pavillion Agency in New York City in 1982 after spending most of his free time and school vacations learning about and working in his family's business. After attending SUNY, Plattsburg, he realized that his true desire was to play an integral role in the growth and day to day operations of Pavillion Agency. From the moment he joined the firm, Cliff was instrumental in implementing new methods and ideas, which in turn revolutionized the entire personal service industry. He instituted a nanny placement program designed to match well educated and experienced professional nannies with celebrities, politicians and prominent executives throughout the United States. Cliff was able to respond to the needs and lifestyles of these high-profile clientele by carefully screening and presenting only those nannies who measured up to his clients specific requirements. Due to his fine reputation, honesty and diligence, his clients have responded with thousands of recommendations, helping to establish Pavillion Agency as the Nation's #1 Nanny Search Firm! Cliff has been interviewed by numerous magazines, newspapers and radio and has appeared on television as... "The Nanny Authority." As "The Nanny Authority", Cliff saw the growing need and demand for nannies for families other than just Pavillion Agency's high-profile clientele, and along with his brother Keith, opened The Nanny Authority in 1997 to service all families throughout the United States. Family Values A native New Yorker, Cliff enjoys an all-American family lifestyle with a wonderful wife and three beautiful children. Cliff is a family man who uses his traditional family values together with his sensitivity towards his clients needs to provide a level of service and professionalism which has followed the standards set by the nations most influential families. This comes with a lifetime of devotion to serving the needs of his patrons. After completing his education at Queens College in 1979 and certain of his strong desire to work with people, Keith decided to join the family business, Pavillion Agency. He took to the business immediately. In his first several years he primarily worked with clients in need of nannies and housekeepers. He quickly realized how important it was to maintain and build upon the already existing solid reputation the Pavillion Agency enjoyed, paying careful attention to, and being extremely selective with, the variety of staff he represented. This was the backbone for the Pavillion Agency becoming "The Leader in the Field of Personal Service." Industry Leader For the past several years Keith has focused primarily on placing chauffeurs, chefs, butlers, housemen, house-managers and caretakers. He has specifically developed an enormous following and excellent reputation in the placement of corporate chauffeurs. He provides chauffeurs for the most influential C.E.O.'s, board Chairmen, and other senior level executives in the world. Keith makes more placements in this area than any other firm in the United States. He 's known as New York's premier source for corporate executive chauffeurs. Over the past few years he has also developed a strong following providing trained private chefs for the most prominent families in the New York area. The one aspect of this business Keith enjoys most is the gratification he feels when helping people. About Keith An avid golfer and fish enthusiast, Keith resides in New Jersey with his beautiful wife and two terrific children.
Pat then married and her children, five boys and a girl, were born in rapid succession, and also had a teenage brother-in-law living with her. Pats husband was in graduate school at that time, therefore, she had to wear many hats and be able to juggle an unbelievably busy schedule in order to manage the household. By the time all of the children were in school, Pat returned to the work force as a single parent determined to make a place for herself as a successful businesswoman. Knowing that her niche is working directly with people, Pat seized an opportunity to join a young and up-and-coming advertising firm where outside sales afforded her flexible hours that fit in with the kids' schedules. Working her way up in the organization, she realized the great need for working mothers to obtain quality childcare. Because of the numerous travel demands involved with a sales position, Pat decided to look in another direction. When a job opening came to her attention at a nationwide nanny placement service, she felt she would be ideal for the position. After all, she had been in every working and non-working mothers shoes! Because of her experience in recruitment and extensive sales background, Pat, with the help of her finely tuned people and communication abilities, became the link between families and nannies. After almost 10 years with the company, Pat, as Head Placement Counselor, had limitless insight into the needs of both partners in the nanny/family relationship. With many agency and nanny conferences behind her, she had also learned the necessary skills to astutely deal with the business aspect of managing a nanny placement service. Because of her vast experience in the industry and the manner in which she naturally relates to people, Pat was recruited by Pavillion Agency to join Margery in the day to day operation of The Nanny Authority. Here she uses her knowledge of individual personalities as well as the field of personal service to properly identify the right combination for each family and nanny. Eva, who resides in Forest Hills, NY, is a graduate of SUNY, Oneonta, with an Associate's Degree in Business. She worked in retail and the insurance industry for a number of years where she gained valuable knowledge of business and perfected her skills in customer service. In early 2006, Eva made the decision to experience the New York City work environment. Because of her varied background and strong skill set in dealing with the public, becoming part of The Nanny Authority, Inc. team was a natural transition for Eva. As our Senior Career Advisor, Eva interviews all potential nanny candidates, screens their references by speaking to each one personally, and she initiates in-depth background checks. She also helps guide the families through the interview and hiring process. Nannies are comfortable with her caring and genuine nature, and families feel secure in the knowledge that Eva can help direct them through their nanny search with the least amount of stress. By making herself aware of the nanny/family dynamic, Eva is able to make successful placements for both parties. The knowledge that she will be there every step of the way during this all-important time period, is very reassuring to everyone involved. In addition, Tara volunteers once a month at a local homeless shelter by serving meals to hundreds of people less fortunate.
